Beijing International Baking Exhibition was founded in 2003 and hosted by a national industry association. It is an annual event. It is a must-choice exhibition that serves the entire industrial chain of the bakery industry, especially for the development of the Northeast, North China, Northwest and Central markets. It is regularly held in Beijing every year. The 19th Beijing International Bakery Exhibition in 2023 will be held from Sept/16-18, 2023. A series of related forums, competitions, baking lecture halls, Internet celebrity shows, dessert cake decoration competitions, moon cake customization exhibitions and other activities and exhibitions will be held during the same period.
